Product Descriptions
Superior protection for structural steels used in construction of commercial and residential buildings, hospitals, schools, food and beverage processing plants, clean rooms, cold rooms, mechanised car parks, bus and train stations, infrastructures and more.
Performance & Compliance
It can provide up to 03 hours or R180 of fire resistant when applied to applicable steel types and sizes. It is tested to British Standards BS476 Part 20/21 and BS8202 Part 2.
Applicable Critical Temperature
BS476 Part 20/21 with BS8202 Part 2 detailed in COC
550°C 4-sided expose column and 620°C for 3-sided expose horizontal beams
EN 13381-8 and EN 16623
500°C for both columns and beams .Hensotherm 471KS is also known as Hensotherm 421KS, certified and complies with EURO Standards EN 13381-8 and EN 13501-2 detailed in ETA 16/0251.
In Singapore, Hensotherm 471KS obtained its local Certificate of Conformity complying to BS476 Part 20/21 with BS 8202 Part 2
Hensotherm 820KS
Product Description
Besides steel structure, concrete too can be, and they should be PROTECTED as well. Hensotherm 820KS is commonly use as sacrificial layer that can prevent overheating of the concrete rebars, that could results in the following:
- Rapid flame spreading
- Rapid thermal migration
- Rapid expansion
- Cracking
- Spalling
- Reaching critical temperature prematurely

Firecut F1
Traditional and long established cement and vermiculite mixture fireproofing spray (SFRM) for protection of usually non-exposed to view structural steel used for construction of residential, commercial and infrastructure facilities. It is usually used for protection of basement or elevated structures that require fire resistance withstanding at least 4 hours or R240.
Performance & Compliance
It can provide up to 05 hours or R300 of fire resistant when applied to applicable steel types and sizes. It is tested to British Standards BS476 Part 20/21 and BS476 Part 4.
UL263 and ASTM 423 UL GREENGUARD Certification
Medium density product with excellent resistance against abrasion, impact, air erosion, etc.
Suitable for indoor use
Suitable for outdoor use with top sealer applied

It is suitable for protection of basement or elevated structures that require fire resistance withstanding at least 4 hours or R240.

It can provide up to 05 hours or R300 of fire resistant when applied to applicable steel types and sizes. It is tested to British Standards BS476 Part 20/21 and BS476 Part 4. It is certified to UL1709, suitable for hydrocarbon fire protection (Oil & Gas Industries use) High density product with excellent resistance against abrasion, impact, air erosion, etc. Suitable for indoor use Suitable for outdoor use (with or without top sealer)
